As an Engineering Project Manager at Easee, you will play a central role in bringing new products to market by coordinating interdisciplinary development projects across hardware, software, embedded systems, compliance, sourcing, production, and commercial functions.

What you will do

You will lead and coordinate cross-functional product development and industrialization projects, working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

A key part of the role is establishing and maintaining project plans, coordinating activities across disciplines, managing project risks, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders. You will facilitate project execution from concept through development, verification, compliance, production readiness, and market launch.

You will work closely with Easee's PMO and Technical Compliance teams to ensure projects follow established best practices and governance processes. This includes maintaining project documentation, managing schedules and deliverables, coordinating technical file preparation, supporting audit readiness activities, and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.

You will also be responsible for stakeholder communication, status reporting, escalation management, and ensuring that project teams remain focused, motivated, and aligned on common goals.

What you need to bring along

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Economics, Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing interdisciplinary projects
• Experience from technology, engineering, product development, or industrial environments is an advantage
• Experience with project planning and project management tools
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English

It is an advantage if you have experience with new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI), compliance processes, or manufacturing environments.
